Stoked! Me and some of the Prequel guys went up to Hollywood to do a little piece on Questlove of The Legendary Roots Crew. This story will be featured on PrequelMag.com as well as in the upcoming issue of the print magazine.

Basic rundown of the story is that he did a shoe with Nike.... but more on that later.

Thanks to Tanya of Nike, we got to pull ?uestlove away from the madness, for a little photoshoot. Below is the shot. Pretty stoked on it.



I think the colors and contrast are a little off. My monitor is overdue for a recalibration. But it'll do for now.

... I just checked Shmack Clothing's Blog, and they posted up the new round of ads featuring the rapper, Tyga. Photographs were shot by yours truly and were styled by Daisy Lewellyn. These ads will be in the next issues of Complex, Vapors, Frank 151 and Antenna. Keep your eyes peeled!

Lazy, moving and waves.

Sooo. I recently moved up to Pasadena. About 10 days ago actually. I haven't even spent a night up there yet. There's been a nice string of swell in the water, so I've been staying with my parents in Irvine. The drive is about an hour closer to the spots that I frequent for waves. So that's what I've been up to.

My friend Timmy took this picture of me a little while ago. Right before I moved up to Pasadena.

I forgot...

I was cleaning off my counter and saw two rolls of B&W film. I had totally forgotten to process the film from my trip to Yosemite with some of my friends. So I processed it tonight... and kind of messed up... it's a bit too contrasty for my tastes... oh well.

My favorite photo from the two rolls... We got to Yosemite really late at night. The next morning I woke up about an hour and a half earlier than the rest of the guys. Once my eyes opened and saw sunshine, I couldn't contain myself... I had to go check out what was around the campsite. I took this photo before heading out to brush my teeth. I really really like it.
