Nosaj Thing

A little panoramic of my buddy Nosaj Thing's record release party @ The Low End Theory here in LA. The place was packed. Got shut down at the bigger outside space by the police/firemen, so the party got moved to the upstairs room. At least a quarter of the people weren't able to make it into the upper room after we moved.



These are a couple shots I took for him as press photos about a year ago.

Hello there! Long time, no see. I've been too distracted by school work... lost some focus on the photography side of my life... but it's ok. I'm actually still taking photos almost every day... (though the photos are often taken with my iphone... mmmikeyt.tumblr.com. But hey, it's still photography, isn't it!?!?) I've also taken a fair amount of photos on both film and digital formats, but I've been too lazy to hand process things... Annnyways, excuses aside, I've been trying to get back into the swing of things.

Here's a couple photos... not saying they're great, but they each hold a great deal of memories for me...

"My best friend's wedding."

One of my closest friends got married on the 8th. SHE... asked me to be a brides-man... and I was honored to be one. The wedding was held at her, now husband's, parents house in Napa Valley. The wedding was beautiful... the weather was perfect. I ended up taking around 500 or so images of Vivan getting ready. All of the moments up to the point in which we were about to walk down the isle. I just sifted through all of the pictures and came up with a few nice ones. Here's a couple to start us off... I'll post more throughout the week.

Hello hello. Post 101.

I just got an iPhone. I was trying to upload some photos taken from my phone onto this blog, but have found it to be a little troublesome. SOOOOoooo... I started another blog with tumblr. This will just be photos from my daily life. All photos will be taken with my iPhone. But no worries, I still intend to fill this blog with photos taken from my regular camera.
